Registration Process
 
 
 
1. What is the post enrolment examination procedure?
A:
  • The candidate has to key in his/ her roll number on the web site to see the result.
  • If the candidate�s name is there on the website, in the list of selected candidates, he/she would be required to contact the training centre allocated to him/her immediately. The name and address of the training centre allocated for the candidate shall be given on the web site. The registration instructions for candidates are also available on the web site. The candidate may also be informed by the NIIT centre which is to conduct the exam to come and enroll him/her for the course. There shall be an end date indicated for enrolment failing to which the vacant seat shall be given to the waitlisted candidates.
  • Successful candidate should make a security deposit of Rs. 1000/- in favour of NIIT Limited-TRPSCHEME payable in Mumbai which is refundable to the candidates on successful completion of the training program. Please note that this amount shall not be refunded to the candidates who will not be able to successfully complete the training program. This deposit will be refunded only on successful completion of training & certification. The candidate is required to make no other payment for the training program.
  • The website shall contain the list of successful candidates followed by 1stwaitlist on 16th January and 2nd and 3rd wait list expected to be declared on 17th January.
2. When the result will be displayed on the website?
A: The Result will be declared on the site: www.trpscheme.com, on 16th January.
 
3. How the candidates can see there results on the website?
A: The candidates can see their result on the web site by keying in the roll number.
 
4. Where candidates can check there result?
A:
  • The candidates can see their result on the web site by keying in the roll number.
  • There shall be a help desk functioning to help candidates who have queries regarding results. The number of the help desk is 1-800-180-6448 or 1-800-102-6448.
  • The letters to the selected candidates shall be sent through post from 16th of January onwards. However, it is the responsibility of the candidate to find out his result from the web site.
 
5. What would be the strength of one training batch?
A: There would be 25 candidates per batch. There will be 2 batches per training centre, conducted one after another, without break even on holidays except National Holidays. Classes shall continue through Saturday and Sunday also.
 
6. What are the documents to be submitted at the time of registration?
A:
  • Photocopy of the 10th Mark sheet or any other proof of age self - attested.
  • Photocopy of graduation mark sheet self attested.
  • Two passport size photographs.
  • DD of rupees 1000/- (one thousand only) in favor of NIIT Limited-TRPSCHEME, payable at Mumbai).
  • Please also bring originals of proof of birth document and graduation marksheet with you.
 
7. How will the successful candidate receive the call letter?
A: The letters to the selected candidates shall be sent through registered post from 16th of January onwards. However, it is the responsibility of the candidate to check and get to know the result from the web site.
 
8. Is there a waiting list for selected candidates?
A: Yes, there is a waiting for the selected candidates.
    1. A first wait list of 10 candidates
    2. A second waitlist of 10 candidates
    3. A third wait list of 10 candidates
 
9. What is the last date of registration for candidates from the main list?
A: Selected candidates from the main list can register by 22nd Jan 2007, 12 noon.
 
10. What will happen if the candidate from the main list fails to register by 22nd Jan 2007?
A:The candidates from the main list who will not register by 22nd Jan 2007, 12 noon, shall loose the claim and the vacancy shall be filled by the next candidate in the waiting list.
 
11. What is the last date of registration for candidates from the first waiting list?
A: The first waiting list candidates have to report to the registering center between 10 am and 12 noon on 23rd January. A list shall be made of candidates who are there with complete documentation and seats allotted based on merit ranking.
 
12. What is the last date of registration for candidates from the second waiting list?
A: The second waiting list candidates have to report to the registering center between 10 am and 12 noon on 24th January. A list shall be made of candidates who are there with complete documentation and seats allotted based on merit ranking.
 
13. What is the last date of registration for candidates from the third waiting list?
A: The third waiting list candidates have to report to the registering center between 10 am and 12 noon on 25th January. A list shall be made of candidates who are there with complete documentation and seats allotted based on merit ranking.
 
14. When the training will start for the first batch?
A: The training for first batch starts in the last week of January, likely date 29th January and continues non-stop till 6th February.
 
15. When the training will start for the second batch?
A: The training for the second batch starts likely on 7th February and continues non-stop till 15th February.
 
16. Any Identity card or courseware to be given to the candidate for training program?
A:
  • NIIT will Issue an Identity card to the registered candidates with the batch code mentioned as sent by HO.
  • NIIT Center to Handover the courseware Kit to the participant on the date of registration.
 
17. What would be the procedure of certification after the completion of training?
A: There will be a certification test after the training. On successful completion of the certification test, the candidates will be certified as per the certification process.
